[CI] Update SdFat fork version for Sx chips

Pinned currently at 2.2.54, for the funhouse based on 7c674fa

While looking at the funhouse not building the latest sleepydog (due to missing soc_caps.h include in the BSP - PR approved), it was noticed that firstly the FunHouse is pinned on BSP v3.0.7. if I remember correctly for SdFat related issues.

Secondly, the branch from sleepydog with an updated version was being installed (cloned 1.6.7), detected as 1.6.7, and then when the WipperSnapper dependencies were installed it skipped SleepyDog as a direct Wippersnapper requirement (due to being installed - good), but when installing Adafruit MQTT Library it installed the official downgraded copy (1.6.6) of sleepydog as a listed dependency of mqtt library.
Adding MQTT to the git clone process meant that it's dependencies were not installed by the build process, avoiding overwriting the cloned sleepydog library, and allowing the funhouse build to pass.
