Actually this might not be ready to merge. I didn't realize you could specify a version override manually, I think 4.38 and onwards are broken in Spotless: |

Problem
I noticed that VSCode's "Language support for Java" formatter was formatting some things differently than Spotless (when pointing to the same eclipse formatter XML file). Its embedded JDT version is 4.40, but Spotless is at 4.35.
Fix
Bump the Spotless Eclipse JDT version.
