Would you like to take a look at this? I tried it out in my fork and after merging in this one, then Dependabot was able to generate PRs to update all the other action versions automatically. It looks like you've been manually updating these actions, so if Dependabot could do it instead, that would save you some work. |

Situation
The .github/workflows/sync.yml workflow is using an outdated version of the GitHub Action gr2m/create-or-update-pull-request-action
The SHA gr2m/create-or-update-pull-request-action@77596e3, is not linked to any release or tags. This appears to be causing Dependabot updates to fail for ALL
